Description

Industryis facing challenging times in attracting and retaining talent. We would like to invite you to join EIIL member companies, representatives of invited Industry Associations, and other companies invited by our members to the third meeting in 2017 of our Research Consortium on this subject. The purpose is to discuss and share good practices to help prepare and shape our industry’s workplace of today and tomorrow.

Using feedback from previous workshops, IMechE research, and from the two Next-Ex ‘pilot’ workshops run by the EIIL in May and June this year, two short ‘impulse’ presentations will stimulate group discussions. The first will discuss the transitions which older workers have experienced and can expect, and how these have changed the nature of the management and integration challenges they face. The second will discuss the transitions which this generation are uniquely experienced to deal with and how they should be encouraged to lead your organisations through the coming changes.

Please let us know if you’d be interested in joining us at this workshop on September 14th. We look forward to seeing you there.

Speaker(s)

天的格式be highly interactive, using the EIIL ‘Masterclass’ workshop approach, and will ensure plenty of individual and group thought-exchange, concluding in a participant-generated takeaway to help you with this important theme.
