This seminar, hosted by the Mechanical and Manufacturing division considers the latest developments in additive manufacturing standards, process control and will give a case study on the implementation of metal additive manufacturing for aerospace engine components.

Description

The metal additive manufacturing industry is progressing quickly with new modes of process optimisation and quality control being implemented. This is also mirrored in the rapid development of standards which are required for the more broad implementation of the technology.
