Description

This year’s address will focus on identifying the positives out of a slow economy, and making the most of existing assets. The economy is struggling; the supply chain uncertain and some assets could remain in service much longer than some had anticipated. Energy & commodity pricing is increasing, and globalisation has resulted in some surprising effects. This presents opportunities and challenges that industry professionals and particularly engineers can influence to good effect.
