1st Prize goes to Philip Purcell who is studying for a Masters in ITT Dublin, and is an IRCSET award winner.
The title of Philips paper was "A Novel Method for Computational Modelling of Compacted Bone Following Balloon Kyphoplasty"

2nd Prize goes to Vittoria Flamini PhD. who is studying as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the NYU-Poly. The title of Vittoria's paper was "Imaging and Finite Element Analysis: A Methodology for Non Invasive Characterization of Aortic Tissue"

3rd Prize goes to Guangbo Hao PhD, who is a Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering, UCC and the title of his paper was "Compliant Parallel Manipulators"
