The Automotive Intelligence Center (AIC) is a value-generation center for the automotive sector based on a concept of open innovation in which companies improve their competitiveness through cooperation. On the 7th of May, the AIC celebrates its "Open Day" for children, students and young people up to 99+ years old. Several companies based in the AIC will support the event, organising presentations, company visits and activities for all ages from 10am to 3pm across the AIC facilities. Gestamp is present in the AIC through its Chassis Division & the Gestamp Training Institute (GTI).GTI, within its strategy of Learning & Development for the Future, will organise two STEM activities (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths). One of this two activities will be driven by the ImechE Iberia Group:The Kilimanjaro Chair Gymkhana.This all-terrain bicycle has been specifically designed and built for a disable athlete to climb the Kilimanjaro. In this gymkhana children of age from 5 to 99+ years old will take part in teams, using the Kilimanjaro Chair in various trials to experience the challenges that our team will have to overcome in their African adventure.Bring your children and family to this unique event!
