There was a Discussion Cafe in Rotterdam in March, an opportunity to meet and debate a global topic that affects all the industry "Generations in the workplace":

Discussion cafe No 1 debated the point of view of the older workers and the report was included in the IMechE Global Newsletter.

This second Discussion Cafe will be on 11th April in the Van Der Valk Hotel in Maastricht and we will talk about the Younger Worker point of view:
