Please find below the provisional programme for our event taking place later this year, on the 10th & 11th November:

Friday, 10th November 2017

• 11:00 Coach departure from Lyon town centre (Perrache station)
• 历史城镇Perouges 12点吃饭
• 14:00 Exclusive IMechE viewing of Marius Berliet collection, Montellier (near Pérouges)
• 16:30 Transfer to Lyon town centre (Perrache station)
• 19:00 Meal in a typical Lyon restaurant (“bouchon Lyonnais”)

Saturday, 11th November 2017

• 09:00 Visit of the Epoq’Auto show at the Eurexpo centre, Lyon
• 12:00 “Lunch on the fly” together, Eurexpo
• Free timing – departure at will

Notes:

• Small adjustments to the provisional programme above may occur
• All local transfers will be secured through coach (Pérouges / Montpellier) or tram (Eurexpo)
• Final cost TBC based on number of participants
• Not taken in charge by the IMechE: tram transport to and from Eurexpo + Epoq’Auto entry (14€) ; hotel cost (night of 10th – 11th November)
