Programme for the site tour Hamburg for Groups

·Check-in at the Airbus Periport, to the left of the main entrance "East gate" (Osttor) (Kreetslag 7, 21129 Hamburg)

·Transfer into the site with the Tour Bus

·Tour and film in the visitor pavilion

·Site tour on foot through the component assembly and final assembly of A318/A319/A320/A321

·Tour of the A380 area with a visit to the fuselage structural assembly and cabin equipping hangars of the A380 aircraft

·Transfer back to the main entrance

Registration details:

·Please provide your first and last names as well as nationality, date of birth and place of birth by 11 September. This data are only for the security check and the site security from Airbus. This will be deleted after 2 years.

·Please make sure that you bring a valid passport with you. Driving licenses or other documents or copies are not accepted for entering the site.

Site regulations

·Minimum age 14 years (no exceptions).

·Guided tours are not suitable for wheelchair users and people with mobility problems.

·Video and audio recordings, as well as mobile phones are not allowed in the factory. Mobile phones are to be switched off throughout the tour.

·During the tour visitors may not leave the group. If you absent yourself from the group and works security have to be involved, you will be charged the costs.

·At the beginning of the tour identification badges and in some cases a personal audio guide will be issued. At the end of the visit both must be returned to the tour guide fully intact. Should we issue you with an audio device, you can use your own headphones with 3.5 mm jack plug.

·Touching aircraft components and/or the aircraft is not permitted. Smoking, eating and drinking is not allowed in the halls. Pets are not accepted.

·Guests who are intoxicated, are alcoholized (0.0 thousandth) or whose safety cannot be guaranteed for other reasons, cannot participate in the tour. The access to the site will be decided Airbus Security.

·In areas of high noise level with the corresponding blue symbol, the use of ear protection equipment is mandatory. You can get this free of charge via the ear protector dispenser at the appropriate entrances. Airbus/Globetrotter assume no liability for loss of hearing if you do not correctly use this protection.

·All commercial information of the Airbus group and its business partners which you may receive during the tour is to be kept confidential from third parties. This also applies to internal information, such as for technical and structural equipment, manufacturing methods and procedures.

·All publications which are available after the factory tour, must be released by Airbus over the Globetrotter Travel Agency GmbH.

·Airbus as a host and Globetrotter as promoters reserve the right to suspend or cancel tours without replacement even at short notice due to operational or security reasons. No charges will be made in this case, but also no damages can be claimed.
