Description

This year's IMechE Switzerland Christmas Dinner will take place in Glion near Montreux at the Hotel Victoria on Friday, 4th of December at 7.00pm for 7.30pm.

Following welcome drinks, a four course menu will be served:

Italian salad with Parmesan cheese and San Daniele ham
(vegetarian option on request: Artichokes with vinaigrette)

Baron lamb roasted with herbs and its juice, pommes anna, eggplant and tomato cake (vegetarian option on request: gnocchi Piemontese with olives and basil)

Tarte Tatin with cinnamon ice

Coffee and chocolates

Dress code is smart casual. Cost per person is CHF100. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
