The lecture will tell the story of the North American X-15 hypersonic rocket powered aircraft. The X-15 was an experimental aircraft which, in the 1960s, established a series of speed and altitude records.

Seats are first come first served - please arrive in good time. However we would appreciate you booking online to give us an estimate of numbers. Non-RAeS members & non-students are encouraged to contribute £3 on the night (see link below, map also included).
