Siemens iscommitted to helping the UK lead the way in railway engineering. As a result Siemens is developing a training academy for rail in conjunction with NSARE (National Skills Academy for Railway Engineering) which will be co-located with our service and maintenance business headquarters in Northampton. It’s a project that we believe will equip UK rail personnel with leading edge skills.

NTAR is a joint project between the National Skills Academy for Rail (NSARE), the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills (BIS) and the Department for Transport (DfT), with industry partner Siemens.
NTAR is specialised in vital traction and rolling stock training: offering unrivalled facilities and courses, with our Northampton centre acting as a hub to support and deliver services to customers across the country.
