After 25 years of compound growth our railway network had become crowded and congested place. This pandemic has pressed the reset button. We now have both the opportunity, and the imperative, to reimagine a better railway in the future. This presentation will explore the context of the railway at this moment in time and discuss the opportunity to Build Back Better, Faster and Greener. GTR has declared its ambition to change its business.

Engineers have volunteered to present on a specific area of work or interest to a judging panel and audience. The candidates will be given 10 minutes to present and have 5 minutes after to answer questions from the audience.
