    On occasions some slightly less “routine” structural assessments are necessary to support operational activities or developments on offshore oil and gas platforms. This talk will describe three such examples: helideck re-assessment, dealing with a combination of steel and aluminium structures, and onshore and offshore design codes; blast assessments of a living quarters wall panel and topsides module; and assessments for a replacement platform crane.
