A private tour of the Royal Opera House with a focus for mechanical engineers to learn about its history, how productions are staged and performed. The Royal Opera House is a fully working theatre, so each tour is a unique experience and varies according to what is available to show and see on the day.

This walk is being organised by the Civil Engineers' Walk Club, but any friends wishing to join the walk will be welcome. The walk is about 6 miles long, starting at Upper Green Road opposite the Chaser Inn. A circular walk from Shipbourne Common via Old Soar Manor, Plaxtol and the Fairlawne Park. PRE-REGISTRATION IS ESSENTIAL.

The walk is about 8.5 miles long, starting at Bluebell Hill, over the low weald beyond Maidstone down to river level and then back to the start via a circuitous route. PRE-REGISTRATION IS ESSENTIAL.
