Description

At 18:30 on Thursday 15th March with complimentary refreshments in the Reception Building at Daresbury Laboratory of STFC Daresbury in Keckwick Lane, Warrington WA4 4AD.

This is Part 2 of his lecture on process safety - part 1 was given on 17 March 2016.

Part 1 addressed process safety and Seveso III - which applies to an establishment

that has dangerous substances on it at levels at and above the qualifying levels - and led to COMAH2015.

Some sites have changed tier and some may move out of COMAH scope altogether.

COMAH2015 and its guidance have been published to implement these changes.

Part 2 asks - what are you doing about these changes as a process engineer or process safety leader?

How are you getting commitment through your leadership?

And what is your company requiring of you?

Hear what the COMAH Strategic Forum is expecting and talk to its Chairman.

Are you making good practice the common practice. No new regulations are needed, just a commitment to leadership by engineers and accountants. People make the difference, through their mental models. Leaders create the conditions for this to happen.
