Description
This workshop has been designed for applicants who meet all of the following criteria:
- You need to have confirmation from IMechE that you fully meet the academic requirements for IEng or CEng registration
- You need to have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience for IEng and 4 years for CEng registration
- You need to be ready to focus on your application now and prepared to get it submitted by June 17

The workshop will be delivered by Sandra Mulligan, IMechE Business Development Manager for Scotland.

On the day, Sandra will cover:
- What the assessors will be looking for in your application form
- The 5 UK SPEC 4 competence requirements and how you may demonstrate that you meet them
- Development Action Plan
- Sponsors
- What to expect at Professional Review Interview
You will need to bring a laptop with you on the day as you will be writing up your application as the day progresses. Sandra will provide feedback for you and deal with any questions that you have.
Attendance is free of charge but you must commit to submitting your application by end August. It will run from 9.30 to 3.30 with a break for lunch from 12.30 to 13.30.
Scottish Engineering is located on the 1stFloor at 105 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1QL and a face mask must be worn when entering the building.
