A chance for the committee to finalise the the plan and budget for the event programme for 2019 and update the planning for 2018

You may submit for the agenda to the Hon Sec and myself up until the Sunday before the Event (28th Oct)

We are always looking to members to assist with the Area committee, if you are interested, please contact the Chair or Hon Sec to find out more about the roles.

During the meeting a FREE three course meal will be served in the Wardroom, with a choice of menus.

Please note:
•Smart / business attire is required, e.g. shirt and tie for men or equivalent for ladies.
•Please register your attendance ASAP (Book on Near You) with the Honorary Secretary as parking and food needs to be booked in advance.
