Andy Woods of Siemens Rail Automation presents his view of how railway technology is continuously evolving, resulting in rapid change and the need for a new way of working. There is also the ever increasing cost of delays, getting as high as £180 - £187m and 3.6m hrs per annum, in no way being helped by the increasing demand of a growing population. Something has to be done!
This talk takes a look at business change in the railway to address these challenges based on solutions available to us in this 'digital' era.
