Description

The event plan for the Abul Kalam Design Challenge National Finale was as follows:

• Dr. Ball paid a visit to School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering (SMME), from 9:00 am till 10:45 am.

• The guests arrived at 11:00 am for the event.

• The judges arrived at 11:00 am and the event started.

• The audience review and heats started at 11:00 am.

• The poster competition started at 11:40 am and ended at 12:10 pm.

• The presentations started at 12:10 pm and ended at 1:00 pm which was followed by lunch.

• The Closing Ceremony took place in Seminar Hall at 2:30 pm.

• The Presentation about IMechE Achievements and Future Plans was given at 2:30 pm.

• A speech was delivered by IMechE guest at 2:40 pm which was followed by a speech from HUBCO guest and the principal of SMME.

• There was a prize distribution ceremony for the winners of the competition at 3:10 pm.

• A speech was delivered by the Pro-Rector National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) at 3:20 pm.

• Dr. Ball also delivered a speech.

• Awards and Souvenirs were given to the guests and judges.

• After the event, there was High Tea at 4:00 pm.
