The first 'Rant and Rave' session was held with Dr. Bilal Siddiqui as the Guest Speaker, telling the participants how to “Be a Mechanical Engineer, Not a Mechanic”.

The Guest Speaker for the second 'Rant and Rave' session was Engr. Hamza Ahmed Qazi, who talked about the 'Fascinating Science of Flying'.

The speaker for third ‘Rant and Rave’ was Mr. Muhammad Sufyan, President of IMechE at DSU. The President welcomed the new batch of young engineers enrolled in DSU 2018. He also gave a brief introduction of IMechE and the many perks of becoming an affiliate member.
