‘Smart farming’ dubbed ‘Agriculture 4.0’ in the farming industry combines traditional planting and culture methods with digital technology to enhance productivity and reduce management costs. Agriculture 4.0 of this century adopts technologies like information and communications technology (ICT), Internet of Things (IoT), big data and block chains and etc. In this visit to fishing farming facility owned by “Smart Farming”, who won recently grand award, distinction award and some special award of HKMA Hong Kong Sustainability Award 2022, participants will be shared with the technologies employed in the fishing farming plant.
