The participants shall select either 2 parts of competence (Part A-E) from IMechE CEng application form and complete 400 words essays for each part.

Part A: Knowledge and understanding
Part B: Design, development and solving engineering problems
Part C: Responsibility, management and leadership
Part D: Communication and interpersonal skills
Part E: Personal and professional commitment

They shall upload the essays in the event registration E-form. Organizer will have screen prior to confirm any enrollment. The voluntary peer accessors will prepare some questions to the participants based on the content of the submitted essays.
