All IMechE applicants who wants to be a Chartered engineer (CEng) or an Incorporated engineer (IEng) with the Institution must attend a Professional Review Interview session as part of the application. This interview session will be conducted by qualified and trained IMechE assessors.

By attending this session, you can be registered as a Professional Review Interviewer/Assessor with the Institution. The presenter will cover the following:
- Professional Review Interview process and documentation
- Assessing the candidate based on the UK Spec competencies

This is a volunteering position and becoming an assessor is a great way to contribute towards your own Continuing Professional Development (CPD) - you can list it as part of your CPD activities in the Career Developer.

There is no fee to join this webinar, but this isonly available for IMechE CENG / IENGmembers and currently working in South East Asia or Oceania. If you are already an existing interviewer before but your assessment training has lapsed, by attending this session, you can start being an active assessor.
