The presentation is based on a project recently completed for a leading dairy company in Sri Lanka, where the presenter served in the capacity of the industrial refrigeration consultant. It demonstrates a good case of application of global standards and guide lines on industrial refrigeration and system/personal safety. The work involvement of the project is a very good example of how synergy of academic and commercial strengths could lead to better outcome in manufacturing sector.

This is a joint lecture conducted with Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka.
